Week in Review

It was short week for the Lady Rangers as we celebrated Homecoming Week as well as our Fall Break.

Enjoy some of the highlights as our Lady Rangers made some great memories.


Congratulations Aubrey & Tyler!

Aubrey and Tyler represented the Senior Class and Lady Ranger Soccer as part of the Royalty Court at Home Coming Friday Night. Huge Shout out to our Homecoming Queen, Aubrey. What a special honor!. Enjoy some of the photos from Friday Night.


The Week Ahead

Monday - No School - Last Day of Fall Break for Students

Tuesday - A Day Red - Ranger

Wednesday - B Day Black - 1st day of Preseason Boot Camp

Thursday - A Day Red - Ranger - Boot Camp

Friday - B Day Black


Good Luck-

To Liza and Kinsley as they head to Corpus Christie to run for VR XC at the Regional Championships on Tuesday. We know you will do great and represent VR well.


Boot Camp-

A little information about our Preseason Boot camp.

We are 25 (school) days away from the start of the season.

In order to best prepare our teams for what is shaping up to be a special year we will be starting our 6 week Strength, Conditioning, and Fitness programs this week.

We will conduct Preseason skill, technical, and tactical training sessions during our athletic period, followed by our S&C sessions after school.

(*Note - Participation in the Boot Camp is NOT Mandatory but is Highly Encouraged)


Mondays & Wednesdays we will have Agilities / Plyometrics / & Strength Training from 3:35-4:30

Tuesday & Thursdays we will focus on Running and Cardio from 3 :35 - 4:00 (4:15 at the latest)

No After School Activities on Fridays or Weekends.


If there are Conflicts- please communicate with Coaches.

If there are Club Obligations - please communicate with Coaches

The program is designed to assist and help athletes be prepared for the High School season and will also help supplement and enhance Fitness standards for athletes competing during the fall club season.


Finally-

Focus - Commitment - Grit - Determination

These are the attributes that help Athletes grow and makes winners into Champions.


Everyday is an Opportunity-

Everyday is a chance to get 1% better

Everyday is Earned Not Given-


It's going to be a great year!
