Lady Ranger Round Up Week of 8/28-9/1

Week in Review-

Last week saw us officially get Pre-Season training under way. While it was a Hot one, the Lady Rangers began preparing for the upcoming season. Although we were limited with our activities due to the Extreme Texas Heat, the Lady Rangers were still able to bond, grow, and compete. On Friday, 34 of our Lady Rangers utilized the Open 2 mile race at the Vista Ridge XC Invitational to run their 2 mile Fitness run in order to meet the Varsity and JV standards. These young ladies were Amazing. They were entered as a JV team in the open 2 mile Division, for 1A-4A and ended up finishing 3rd overall, only behind Giddings and Burnet HS Varsity teams. Super Proud of all of the Lady Rangers who came out to compete, as Ava Limon finished first in the JV Division, and Lily Vandiver and Layli Coover each finished 14th/15th.
