Week In Review-
It was an odd week but a good week. We still dealt with some heat related issues that interrupted outdoor practices but we were still able to do some team building and get some good work done in the weight room. And the one day we did get outside to play a little soccer, the Lady Rangers showed a lot of promise with their speed of play. It's going to be a good year for Lady Ranger Soccer.
Spent a few days in Tennessee with the Cross Country team. They did great finishing 6th for the girls and 8th for the boys. The meet was at the same soccer complex that we went to a couple of years ago and lo and behold the Lady Rangers are still representing at that Soccer Complex.

Joining Lady Ranger Soccer Booster Club
Membership in Lady Ranger Soccer Booster Club is renewed on a yearly basis.
Our Goal is to have 100% of our Lady Ranger Families be members of the Booster Club.
Our Membership drive is one of our two fundraisers for the 2025-26 Season.
Through our 2 Fundraisers this season we have set a goal of raising $20K
With over 50 Girls signed up to be a part of Lady Ranger Soccer that becomes a very manageable and modest goal if everyone does their part.
And Finally
We are coming to the end of summer and hopefully very soon the cooler temperatures of Fall. With that said there are still many activities taking place in and around Vista. I would like to encourage you to make weekly plans with your small group.. Eat lunch together, go for after school meetups at Summer Moon or Smoothie King. Attend the Football and Volleyball games together. Make a lot of memories with your teammates now. Set good routines and stick to them when it comes to homework, studying, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep. All of those things contribute to both your physical and mental well being.
Set aside some time each and every day to get a little bit better. Results don't happen after one training session, but rather after consistently preparing with a good routine day after day.
Looking forward to another great week of Lady Ranger Soccer.
Let's Go Lady Rangers!!!
