Week in Review
Last week was another great week of training. The Lady Rangers got a couple of days on Ranger to scrimmage and another day of Futsal and weight training to continue preparations for this season.

Monday- OFF - No School
Tuesday - B day Black - Fitness & Futsal
Wednesday - A day Red - Weight Room & Ranger (Shin Guards)
Thursday - B day Black - Fitness & Futsal
Friday - Weight Room & Ranger (Shin Guards)

Booster Club
As a Reminder; We are at the halfway point of our Membership/Sponsorship drive. It is our Hope, our Goal, and Our Expectation that every Lady Ranger and their Families help support Lady Ranger Soccer by joining the Booster Club and signing up a new Sponsor Member.
After Member/Sponsors have paid their Membership dues, please fill out the form and return so that we can maintain accurate membership records.
And Finally
As we come to the end of the six weeks it is very important that we maintain our focus on being just as committed and successful in the classroom as we are to participating in soccer. Have an academic plan that you follow daily. Read, Review, and Reflect on what you learned that day and make a plan for the next day. Being organized will help you not only in school but in life as well. When your life start to feel out of sorts and stress and pressures tend to arise, create a plan, follow the plan, and stick to the plan, and you'll be amazed out how easy it is to navigate those times in your life.
Looking forward to a short but good week of training.
