Lady Ranger Round Up Week of 9/8-12

Week in Review-

Had a good week of training as we continue to ease into the year. The Lady Rangers continued team building activities as we switched up the groups this week. A great way for all our Lady Rangers to grow closer and build memorable bonds.

The Lady Rangers had the opportunity to get out on Ranger and scrimmage a little bit this week. It's always a lot of fun to watch them compete.

Booster Club Update and Fundrasing

It is that time of year and we are kicking off September with our Booster Club Membership Drive

Membership in Vista Ridge Lady Ranger Soccer is renewed on an Annual Basis.

It is our goal that 100% of the families of Lady Ranger Soccer Players join the Booster Club.

• The Family Membership for our Lady Rangers is $150.00

      • Short Sleeve Game Day Shirt

      • Long Sleeve Pre-Game Shirt

      • Team Hoodie

      • Black Practice Shorts

    • Personalized Yard Sign

    • Lady Ranger Soccer Window Decal

    • Bag Tag

As this is one of our two yearly fundraisers we are encouraging each Lady Ranger

(w/the help of her family) to get one new Sponsor/Member in addition to the Family Membership to sign up to be a part of supporting the Vista Ridge Lady Ranger Soccer Club.

These Sponsorships come in 2 Different Levels.

 Silver Stars $100                  Receive a Display Sign with Proud Supporter of Vista Ridge Lady Ranger Soccer, a Car Decal, and a link to your company website is placed on the Booster Club’s website. 

Ranger Rowdies $250           Receive a Display Sign with Proud Supporter of Vista Ridge Lady Ranger Soccer, a Car Decal, a Team shirt, and a link to your company website is placed on the Booster Club’s website, and will receive Six Social Media Promotions (1 per month).

A Tax-Deductible Contributions Receipt will also be provided.

And Finally

As we get a little closer to the season and continue on this soccer journey it is important to keep perspective and grow on our individual Journey.

A Few observations from one of the greatest coaches ever.

• Believe in the Process and don't fucus on End Results

• Stop worrying about what other people think of you

• We're All Leaders and We're All members of a Team- Understand your Role

• Adversity is a part of the process and not just losing a District Game. Respond Accordingly

• The Standard is the Standard- Don't lower your standards for temporary success. Strive in Everything you do to reach and maintain your highest of standards

• Don't Talk about it- Be About It- Your Actions Scream the Loudest

If there is a Parent interested in Serving on our Booster Club Board in the role of President please email Shad.green@leanderisd.org

Requirements-

• Can not Work for Leander ISD

• Must attend a Booster Club Training (1-2 hours one time)

• Will be added to our Banking Account

• Attend 4 Booster Club meetings a year (often held over Zoom)

• Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing and planning Senior Night and Banquet

  • Assist with Purchasing of Team Needs (Approve Paying for Items w/BC Debit Card)
