To better serve our community we are asking you as parents and guardians to partner with LISD

Athletics. We would appreciate feedback on your experiences with high school and middle

school athletics. During this process we encourage you to start a dialogue with your

student-athlete to help you complete the survey. The goal of LISD athletics is to promote

academic integrity, social responsibility, and competitive excellence. By taking this anonymous

survey, you will be partnering with us to provide invaluable constructive feedback that we can

use to improve all aspects of your child’s athletic experiences.

Thank you,
