Monday- Strength & Conditioning 9-11

Tuesday- Strength & Conditioning 9-11

Futsal 10:30 - 12 pm Back Gym

Wednesday- Strength & Conditioning 9-11

Summer League 7, 8, 9 at Cedar Park

Thursday- Strength & Conditioning 9-11

7 pm VR 2 vs LH 2 - Field 1

8 pm VR 1 vs CP2 - Field 1

9 pm VR 3 vs LH1 - Field 1

Some Big games this week but we are also entering Camp and Vacation part of the season.

If you know you will not be there on Wednesday then please reach out and let us know so we can adjust rosters accordingly. We do not want one team showing up at 7 with 8 players and then 20 players for the game at 8. Communication is key.

Also ideally you need to play with your primary team, but you can stay to play as a sub (as needed) on the other teams.

There is a Forecast for Rain on Wednesday. This is Austin and who knows what kind of weather we are really going to get but. . . An announcement about Game Cancellations and Reschedule will be Made at 5 pm on Wednesday.

The announcement will be made on SportsYou so be on the lookout.

Also in regards to weather- HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE- be drinking lots of water 24-48 hrs before game day.

AVOID Energy drinks and high Caffeine drinks

Bring Jugs of water and Wet/Cooling towels as we enter the heart (heat) of the summer.

We will have coolers filled with ice water for you to dunk your towels and re-wet your towels.


We will play this Tuesday in the back gym from 10:30 -12 pm
